RF, man can I relate, I used to eat exactly like you did when I was younger. Not a coffee junkie but a Coca Cola one. Used to drink 6-8 cans a day, the
sugar would keep me going and the caffeine would suppress my appetite for awhile at least and I survived the rest of the time on takeout and junk food. Man,
did I feel horrible and had the worst migraine headaches of my life because of all the up and down blood sugar spikes.
If it's possible, make very, very small changes and gradually incorporate more as you make one a habit. I know as a fellow depression sufferer, we have
to take small steps as anything else is so darn overwhelming.
Maybe if you can attempt it, just buy a bag of baby carrots and snack on those once in the day, then a piece of fruit ect. That's how I did it. I'm
still not perfect, I still get a bag of M&M's once in awhile and snack on the goodies that are brought to work, but am leaps and bounds above where I
was. My headaches have improved drastically and I feel more in control of my eating patterns.

And like it or not, I'm going to have to start doing some kind of resistance training (I don't like it, ha ha).
