Posts: 2210 09/13/07 7:23 AM Trainer/Senior Member	Our new Lowchen is doing well in the show ring with 3 points and a major win in Canada (needs 10 points and one major win to become a Champion) She now has 4 points in the States with one major win as well. She's only gone to a couple of weekend shows. She is now doing a little demoing in class as well and doing pretty good for 8 mnths. Finished her first heat and will stop growing right around the 12" mark, just a nice size. Really a great dog so far, I can't complain at all. I still like the big dogs but... she's an awful lot of fun! Leaders (dog or human) are calm and clear. If you get frustrated you've proved to the dog your neither calm, clear nor a leader.

It's the main reason I believe why the breed hasn't become popular but frankly you get used to it after a while. I really had reservations but none now. My son now has one as well now too. Gone from wanting a Ridgeback to one of these Pix will come, I'm a big procrastinator so... Leaders (dog or human) are calm and clear.
