My beautiful little family grew up, got spayed and went back to the shelter a week ago this past Monday. The beautiful tailed girl went to her new home immediately. The black and white one has not been adopted yet but the other 2 are having real issues. They have mild upper respiratory infections and are having diarrhea issues. They were in such good health when I brought them back, I hate to see this happen. The shelter called to see if I could take them back for a bit but the room I keep them in has fleas which I am trying to get rid of before they spread throughout the house. They also said that sometimes tailess cats have life long issues with bowel issues due to the way they are built. I hope this is not the case, they are the sweetest kittens and will make someone wonderful pets. Right now they are on a high fiber diet but nothing has resolved yet. In the meantime, on a better note, Mama Kitty has settled in and loves everyone. Right now Sophie and Jack are wrestling and she keeps making mad dashes by in hopes of getting their attention. She also loves our cat Ginger, who has adjusted after a horrified beginning. I think Ginger is really starting to enjoy her company, so that's all good, I just feel so bad about my kittens.
