Explains what she tests and why, but has excellent applicability to anyone handling dogs - esp. stressed or unknown dogs. Agree or disagree with Sue, this DVD is a really solid teaching tool (of which there are too few in our profession) and something dog pros should take a look at, for many reasons not the least of which is to tune their eyes.
