Reading Bevin's worrisome elbow thread got me thinking... {{Cara}}
Kenny can now get down our hardwood stairs with braided tread on his own but I'm not crazy about it. I worry that it's too hard on his front legs because he tends to jump the last 2-3 stairs onto the hard marble tiles at the bottom. 21#, 1 yo long-backed Corgi
My plan is to keep carrying him whenever I'm there. (He's rarely alone upstairs anyway.)
Would something like this non-skid cushy mat be helpful to soften the impact when he does jump?

Or should we just ban the stairs thing? Thanks.
