Walked Darcy up to the strip today, about twenty-five minutes both ways. I brought cooked hotdogs and it was a nice loose lead all the way there and back.
We cut through the school so I practiced some jumps over the playground equipment and blocking against the wall. After we arrived and I finished my banking I
had her down outside the automatic doors while people came and went. At first she was a little jumpy but she settled right into it and did great. Then I had
her weaving in and out of the pillars, changing directions frequently. She did good. On our way home we came across some cooked macaroni and she saw it before
me sooo...I thought perfect opportunity to work some "leave its". A few repetitions and I had her sitting right beside it looking at me. I tried to
grab every opportunity I could and it was effortless, just a normal outing, no stress, just very casual. I think we make a good team.
