Any habit -- exercise, eating perfectly for your plan, piano practice, not leaving your glasses on the bed -- that can be tracked with "did I or didn't I on this day, or was it a day off?" would fit here. Really simple. And although my No S habitcal is sadly heavy on red days, I think it helps me keep trying.

yet..........she sent me right to Barnes and Noble to buy " Sugar Busters " and I've been following it faithfully and have also given up my
nightly glass of Chardonney........in 3 & 1/2 weeks I have lost 11 pounds..........I feel marvelous.........increased energy, and an enhtusiastic
commitment to change how I eat..........I don't have to count points but I do keep a journal ............I walk O'Riley for a mile or more every
day............the downside ( and to me it is worth it) is no corn on the cob which I adore.......who doesn't ?
