			<title><![CDATA[ We have an AWESOME vet! ]]></title>

			<description><![CDATA[ I came home this afternoon to potty the pups and find Bella&#39;s left eye has a swollen lower eyelid.  I poke around gently to see if I can see anything.  It
isn&#39;t watery or red, but definitely swollen.  I call up our vet&#39;s office hoping to get squeezed in today, before the long weekend.  Not only do they
tell me to bring her right in, but they don&#39;t charge me for the office visit!  Her eyeball was not scratched, so he&#39;s guessing that either she got into
a bug or some other... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ The potential adopters of Placido loved him but are not sure that they really want a second dog.   I really do not want Placido to get the boot again so
I&#39;m not trying to &quot;sell&quot; him to folks who aren&#39;t sure.  For a bit there it seemed like he might be going to a new home this weekend.  I was
really trying to look at the bright side of that but am now very selfishly enjoying the bright side of it not working out.

			<description><![CDATA[ On our drive out to the barn where we board my daughters horse we pass a house that keeps English Bulldogs in those horrible raised pens.

The pens are Aprox.6ft x 3ft with a wire mesh floor and an attatched wooden box......looks like a giant rabbit hutch.
<br>
This disturbed me every time but when I saw 4 adult dogs in one pen I called our local humane league.
<br>

You must remember I live in Lancaster County PA...

			<description><![CDATA[ A little known animal, the Garden Bison is a small creature, with funny ears for a Bison.  The fur pattern is the same though.  I managed to wrangle one in my
yard today as it was trying to steal my tomatoes.  It was hard ropin&#39; that critter, but I did it.

She dropped them off mid-afternoon, and I got home early evening. Little did I know she&#39;d left them (in usual spots: Dezi-kennel, Russ-kennel, Tai-loose in
my room) with disgusting raw bone things. (note that I despise the smell of raw meat - I could never tell you if chicken has gone bad because I think it smells
